I went to a very nice French restaurant with my friends. It is called Maximilien. It is in downtown Seattle. They open their deck from spring to summer so, we can enjoy the great view and nice weather.

Their Happy Hour was from 5:00 P.M. ~ 7:00 P.M. One of my friends and I went there to enjoy their food and drink. We ordered many dishes, a cocktail and a bottle of wine. The Bordeaux wine was really good!! It was a perfect combination with the beef dish. Everything was so delicious.

After 6:00 P.M., another friend arrived there and joined us. Of course, we are girls, we can't stop talking. Even when Happy Hour was finished, we were still there. We went home at around 9:00 P.M.
It was very fun. The food was good, the wine was good, I felt so happy.

友人ととってもステキなフランス料理のレストランに行きました。Maximilienと言います。Seattleのダウンタウンにあるのだ。春から夏にかけてテラスを開放するので、素晴らしい景色と良い天気を満喫できます。

ハッピー•アワーは午後５時〜７時まで。友人の一人とそこに行き、食べ物と飲み物を楽しみました。食べ物をいっぱい頼んだ他に、カクテルとワイン一本を注文。ボルドーワインは素晴らしくおいしかった！！そのワインは、牛肉の料理とバッチリの相性。全てがおいしかったっす。

午後６時以降に、もう一人の友人が到着し、私達と合流しました。もちろん、私達は女性なので、おしゃべりしまくりました。ハッピー•アワーが終了しても、（オーダーせずに）そこにいちゃいました。９時過ぎに家に帰ったよ。すっごい楽しかった。食べ物もおいしかったし、ワインもおいしかったので、すっごく幸せでした〜。

Happy Hour in Seattle 02

List Restaurant（２件めのレストラン）: Bread and olive oil　（もちもちのパンとオリーブオイル。あまりのおいしさにおかわりしたかったけど、お腹がいっぱい過ぎて断念。）

List Restaurant : Gnocchi truffle　（イタリア料理で、小麦粉•ジャガイモ•チーズなどを団子にしたもの。ソースに黒トリュフが入っており、メチャおいしかった。。。。）

List Restaurant : Grilled caesar　（ロメインレタスをグリルして食べたのって、生まれて初めてだった。でも、香ばしくてまぁまぁ。上にかかっているパルミジャーノがおいしかった。）

Elliott's Oyster House : Happy Hour oysters（一つ７５セントです。レモンやライム＆ヴィネガーのきいたシャーベットでいただくと、うまいんだなこれが！！）

のマリネ。それにマンゴーとハーブが加えてありました。）

Elliott's Oyster House : French fries with sesame oil（ごま油で揚げたフレンチフライ。ピリ辛で、病み付きになるおいしさ！！）

Elliott's Oyster House : Seafood cake slider（サーモンとエビが入ってて、メチャうまかった！！リピ確実。）

Elliott's Oyster House : Mussel（テキーラとライム味のムール貝のスープに、パンを浸して食べたらうまかった〜。）

Last week, one of my friends and I went to ”Elliott's Oyster House” and ”List Restaurant” during their Happy Hour in Seattle. I met her at the pier before 3:00 P.M. We wanted to go to the Happy Hour of ”Elliott's Oyster House” first, so we could have fresh oysters with the special price of $0.75 each. The food menus were all 50% off, and the drinks were also special reduced prices. We enjoyed girls talk, nice weather, yummy food and drinks.

Then, we tried to go to a coffee shop, but the weather was so nice, we changed our plan. We then went to ”List Restaurant” in Seattle. So, we went from one Happy Hour to another Happy Hour!! We enjoyed more girls talk, more nice weather, more yummy food and more drinks.....

We went home about 8:30 P.M. I brought some souvenirs to my darling. They were two dry rubs called "rub with love" for seafood and meat. He was so happy with my presents.

先週、友達と一緒に、シアトルにある”Elliott's Oyster House” と ”List Restaurant”のハッピー•アワーに行きました。午後３時前にピアで待ち合わせ。まず最初に”Elliott's Oyster House” 行きたかったのです。そうすれば、フレッシュな牡蠣を１つあたり７５セントで食べられるから（３時から４時の間だけ）。食べ物は全て半額で飲み物もスペシャルな値段で格安。私達は、ガールズトークと良いお天気とおいしい食べ物と飲み物を満喫しました。

それから、コーヒーショップに行こうとしたのですが、あまりにもお天気が良すぎるので予定変更〜。同じくシアトルにある”List Restaurant”に行きました。ハッピー•アワーのはしごしちゃった！！私達は、もっともっとガールズトークと良いお天気とおいしい食べ物と飲み物を満喫しまくりました。

彼女と私は、夜の８時半に解散。ダーリンにおみやげを買って帰りました。それは２個の"rub with love"と言う名前の、肉や魚の料理に使える乾燥したrubs（料理する前に肉や魚にまぶす調味料で、塩、砂糖、胡椒、乾燥ハーブ等いろいろな物が絶妙なバランスで調合されている）です。私のおみやげにダーリンはうれしそうでした。よかった〜。
